This page applies to books and comics purchased on ultimesgriots.com. Subscriptions to the Kuma app are governed by separate terms, described in the Kuma subscription terms.

You have 7 days from receipt to let us know that you wish to return a book that does not suit you, without having to give a reason.
How to request a return
- Write to editions@ultimesgriots.com stating your order number and the items concerned. Attach a photo if the book is damaged.
- We reply within 24 business hours with the return address and the steps to follow.
- Send the books back in protective packaging. Do not ship anything before our reply: without prior agreement, we cannot match the parcel to your order.
In what condition
Books must be returned to us complete and in a condition that allows them to be resold — not annotated, not torn, with no signs of use. A book that has visibly been read and damaged cannot be taken back on the grounds of a change of mind.

Refund
Refunds are made within 14 days from receipt of the return, to the payment method used for the order: a bank card is re-credited, a Mobile Money payment is refunded to the same number. If you paid cash on delivery, the refund is made by Mobile Money, to the number you give us.
Delivery charges originally paid are refunded when the return is attributable to us (defective book or error on our part).
Defective or non-conforming book
If a copy reaches you damaged, incomplete or different from your order, let us know within 14 days with a photo: we will exchange or refund it, with all costs borne by us, including reshipment.
What we cannot take back
- A book damaged after delivery, annotated or visibly used.
- Digital content and subscriptions to the Kuma app, which are governed by the Kuma subscription terms.
