This page describes the delivery of books and comics ordered on ultimesgriots.com. The Kuma app and the Défi Kilimandjaro game are digital services: they involve no shipping.
Where we deliver
We deliver in Côte d'Ivoire, throughout the country. Books ship from Abidjan.
We do not yet offer shipping abroad. If you live outside Côte d'Ivoire and would like to receive our books, write to us at editions@ultimesgriots.com before ordering: we consider each request on a case-by-case basis and tell you the actual cost of shipping.

Delivery times

These times run from the confirmation of your order and are given for information only: they may be longer during periods of high demand or when the address is hard to reach. If you chose cash on delivery, we first confirm the order by phone.
How we deliver
- In Abidjan — hand delivery by our delivery person or by a partner courier. We contact you before delivery: provide a phone number where you can be reached when placing the order.
- In the rest of Côte d'Ivoire — shipping by a delivery company or a transport company, depending on the destination.
- Pickup in person — you can collect your order at our Abidjan address, in Cocody Angré. Write to us at editions@ultimesgriots.com before placing your order — we will arrange an appointment and you avoid delivery charges.
Tracking your order
You receive a confirmation email as soon as the order is confirmed. For any question about a delivery in progress, write to editions@ultimesgriots.com, quoting your order number.
Damaged parcel
Check the condition of the parcel on delivery. If it is damaged, state your reservations to the delivery person and notify us within 48 hours at editions@ultimesgriots.com, with a photo if possible. The next steps are described on the page Returns and Refunds.
